Tastic 개인정보처리방침
시행일자: 2026년 6월 20일 (출시 시점에 맞춰 갱신 필요)
Tastic(이하 "서비스")은 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
(1) 회원가입 및 인증 시
- 이메일 주소
- 소셜 로그인(Google, 추후 Apple) 이용 시: 소셜 계정 식별자, 이메일, 프로필 정보
(2) 프로필 설정 시
- 닉네임, 프로필 이미지(선택), 관심 카테고리, 언어 설정
(3) 서비스 이용 과정에서 생성·수집되는 정보
- 이용자가 작성한 감상·평론 텍스트, 인터뷰 답변 내용
- 감상한 콘텐츠 정보(제목, 창작자 등)
- 취향 분석 결과, 추천 기록, 서비스 이용 기록
(4) 유료 멤버십 결제 시(추후 도입)
- 결제·구독 상태 정보. 결제 수단 정보 자체는 Google Play/App Store 및 결제 대행사가 처리하며, 서비스는 카드번호 등을 저장하지 않습니다.
(5) 자동 수집 정보
- 오류 로그, 기기·앱 환경 정보(서비스 안정성 및 오류 진단 목적)
2. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 인증, 서비스 제공
- 감상 인터뷰 기반 개인 평론 생성, 취향 분석, 콘텐츠 추천 기능 제공
- 멤버십 등급에 따른 기능 제공 및 이용량 관리
- 서비스 개선, 오류 진단, 고객 문의 대응, 법령상 의무 이행
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
원활한 기능 제공을 위해 아래 업체에 개인정보 처리를 위탁합니다. 특히 이용자가 작성한 평론·인터뷰 텍스트 등은 AI 분석·생성을 위해 아래 AI 사업자에 전송됩니다.

⚠️ AI 생성을 위해 입력하신 감상·평론 내용이 위 사업자(중국·미국 소재 포함)로 전송됨에 유의하시기 바랍니다. 민감한 개인정보는 입력하지 않으실 것을 권장합니다.
5. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간
- 회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
- 앱 내 "계정 삭제" 기능으로 언제든지 탈퇴 및 데이터 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
- 파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방식으로 영구 삭제합니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 개인정보 열람·정정 요청
- 개인정보 삭제 및 처리 정지 요청
- 회원 탈퇴(마이페이지 → 계정 삭제)
7. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
- 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS)
- 데이터베이스 행 수준 보안(RLS) — 이용자는 본인 데이터에만 접근 가능
- 인증 토큰 기반 접근 관리, 접근 권한 최소화
8. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며, 확인 시 지체 없이 삭제합니다.

Tastic ("the Service") respects your privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

(2) Profile setup
- Nickname, profile image (optional), interest categories, language preference
(3) Data created while using the Service
- Review text and interview answers you write
- Information about content you reviewed (title, creator, etc.)
- Taste analysis results, recommendation history, service usage logs
(4) Paid membership purchases (planned)
- Subscription and payment status. Payment instrument details are handled by Google Play / App Store and the payment processor; the Service does not store them.
(5) Automatically collected data
- Error logs and device/app environment information, for stability and diagnostics.

- User identification, authentication, and service delivery
- Generating personal reviews via interviews, taste analysis, and content recommendations
- Providing membership-tier features and managing usage
- Service improvement, diagnostics, support, and legal compliance

⚠️ Please note that the impressions and reviews you enter for AI generation are transmitted to the providers above (including those located in China and the United States). We recommend not entering sensitive personal information.
5. Data Retention
- Upon account deletion, we delete your data without undue delay, except where retention is required by law.
- You can request account deletion and data removal at any time via the in-app "Delete Account" feature.
- Deletion method: electronic files are permanently erased in an unrecoverable manner.
6. Your Rights

- Delete your account (in-app: My Page → Delete Account)
7. Security Measures
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Row-Level Security (RLS) — users can access only their own data

The Service does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14, and deletes such data without delay if discovered.
